I’ve made it to Thailand. From dusty New Delhi to concrete and glass Bangkok, the contrast is stark. Although this city is known for it’s pollution and chaos, compared to India it seems like sleepy little town. I’m happy to be in a new place, and explored the night market on Sukumvit last night where one can buy ANYthing your heart desires. The Chinatown market was an amazing aromatic experience that is unrivaled. From good, to bad to unknown, my nose was awash in glory, repulsion, and curiosity. The food here promises to rival the amazing cuisine I had in India and spicier enough to make me sweat…or maybe it’s the intense humidity. Read the rest of this entry »
